International Committee of the Red Cross: HIV Code of Good Practice
The International Committee of the Red Cross (also known as the Red Cross) commissioned Ichameleon to create a website to support the publication of their Code of Good Practice for NGOs responding to HIV/AIDS
The resulting website, powered by Ichameleon's Treeline CMS, allows Red Cross to manage and update their website, providing the latest information and advice for those at the front-line of HIV treatments.
Highlights of the solution include:
- Clear, crisp visual design with maximum accessibility
- Fast download, so the content can be accessed easily from slower connections in developing regions
- A function to allow NGOs to endorse the code, and for their endorsments to be displayed in a list of signatories
- Email publication of updates via the Treeline CMS
The site has proven to be hugely successful, with over 200 international NGOs signing up to the Code of Good Practice in its first 3 months.
